Everything was great except during shipment one of the burner bolts was stripped and the burner was just hanging there. Luckily I had an extra screw laying around and got it tightened and operational.

Good product, but keeping it cleaned and seasoned it quite a bit of work....

Just got one for my birthday and absolutely loved my first meal. Assembly was shockingly easy. Made some smash burgers and got that perfect crust. I am very much looking forward to the next meal.

I have seasoned the griddle just like Chef Nathan Lippy said, and have used it once with great success.

Just recorded today. Took 1 hour to assemble. Seasoning the griddle this morning and then breakfast on the blackstone!
