Day 1 - Easy to put together, however the hood came bent on one corner, causing it to sit higher on the griddle edge

Good old American Quality Griddle

Assemble was not hard at all. I do like how organized the hardware and how coordinated the instruction manual was. You could tell it was written and placed with Americans (English speakers) in mind.
Although most of the parts were quality parts, I did notice the clips on my storage shelf was on the lower cost side and the clips did bend out of shape during the install.
