Says 30 mins, but even with a partner it will take a MINIMUM of an Hour, longer if you never assembled a grill/griddle before. But other than that, phenomenal product!

Was pretty easy to install. All pieces there. The hood had a bent piece. We did not notice since it was one of the last steps.
One burner makes a loader noise. Hoping it will fix it self as we use it.

So far so good. Cooking on it tonight. Video was great. Seasoning went well. Seems well made. Looks great. Be careful with leg assembly— easy to cause injury.

Rivets

The rivets holding the underbelly stainless heat guard/reflector broke off when putting the grill together. I believe the rivets used were too small for the predrilled holes. I’m not mad, I fixed it with some self taping screws and everything works just fine. That’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Made burgers for the first cook, and loved every minute of it.
