Not happy!!!

There is a big Dent on the right side of the lid.
It was there when I opened the box. Now I can't take it back. Because jewel osco the store where I bought it does not have any.
Wondering where I go from here.

Handle issue with assembly

The handle for my 36 inch griddle with extendable side shelves came with pre placed screws that on one side were EXTREMELY difficult to remove and when I tried to place it on the grill cover, the screw would not reinsert all the way without potentially stripping it therefore one side of the handle is extremely loose and not snug to the hood.

We were very excited to get our Blackstone. We used the one at the church we volunteered at during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene when we were without power for 2 weeks. It came in handy to help feed our neighbors and community. We were able to cook most anything on it, so we decided to purchase our own. We can’t wait to get started using it at our own home.
