Just purchased the 36” 4 burner Blackstone. I love this grill and it makes cooking fun. First two meals have been delicious and I’m so glad we went with the 4 burner model.

Once you season the griddle you are good to go…I takes a few tries to master, after that smooth sailing. Smash burgers were divine !!
