I feel the lid could use more support to keep it from closing while cooking. It fell on my hand while I was cooking.

This is my first dive into a Griddle and the amount of support found online for Blackstone is amazing. I was able to learn how to care for, use, and clean my new griddle. The griddle is very versatile, allowing me to cook anything I could on a grill, while also enabling me to cook many items that can't be cooked on a grill. The cleaning is easier than I thought, once I followed some good YouTube videos on the subject.
