The griddle is very sturdy and looks upscale. It was recommended to us by a family member. Before we even left the store with our new 36” Omnivore griddle, we were stopped on two occasions by people who said you are going to love your new Blackstone!!

I’m worried since upon turning it on to season that there is a faulty gasket in the connection to the gas tank.

So far so good, just now getting it seasoned for the first time. Bought for the wife for Mother’s Day. She had no idea and she loves it. Hopefully we can have many meals cooked and good times had.
