Nice Grille
on July 4, 2025
Posted by: Douglas C
Purchased the 36" Omnivore and it's really nice but the tank placement could have been under the Grille. Instead, it is on the side, hindering the drop-down shelf from going down all the way. Assembly was easy. Can't wait to start making delicious food!

Disappointed
on July 3, 2025

Things were going great during assembly, I was admiring how well put together the product was and then I went to install the left shelf and noticed two of the spot welds had failed and the shelf is very unstable.

Thank you for leaving a review! We appreciate you pointing this out and apologize for the issues with the welds. This definitely should not have happened! It looks like you worked with our team over email and we were able to get this resolved. If you need anything further, please let us know!

I had to get a replacement blackstone as my first one wasn’t working right. This second new one is wonderful! I love cooking on it!

Bought a smaller Blackstone last summer and had to upgrade this year. Great decision, I can cook every part of the meal at once.

Setup is relatively easy. One screw was missing, but not important enough to complain. I made do with what I had
