First breakfast this morning, after curing last night.
Heat seems even and the curing will only get better.
There's unfortunately a weird casting flaw on the cook surface, resulting in a small raised nipple of steel casting. It's off to the right, and wouldn't expect it to be common for other units or models. But something I'll have to live with or grind-off once I get too frustrated with it. LOL
