I bought my husband the Blackstone for his birthday on May 7th and it’s now May 26th and it won’t ignite. It was AMAZING while it lasted but so frustrated that we can’t get it to work now…

Was very easy too put together, instructions were very clear, it would be 5 stars however i received the lid with damage and the griddle also had a tiny hole as well :/ but product is amazing !!

First Blackstone experience…. Why did I wait so long! Love this grill! Did a batch of fried rice for the first cook and the family loved it! Assembly was supper easy!
