At first i was disappointed

I was excited to get the blackstone. I came home and put it together and started the seasoning. Yet it took forever to heat up. The burners were not getting over 200 degrees. I tried for over an hour. I was about to give up and return it when i watch a video and found a solution. The regulator saw the high flow of propane and wouldnt let it give me flame. So i turned it off and started again slowly opening the gas. It worked. Happy again

Hood handle screw will not release to put on

Completely build the griddle until I was supposed to remove the pre installed screws from the hood handle to install it. One screw came out no issue the other is misthreaded and will not separate from the handle. Please assist!
