Long fan of cast iron cooking and did a crazy amount of research before going with Blackstone. The product is well manufactured. Design makes sense and materials are quality. You can tell what you are getting into when seasoning a griddle. Heat is well displaced. Loving the content from the Griddle Crew. Thank you Betty for the tip about the onions !

I had the originan gen 1 blackstone for years never had issues, in 2024 i was ready for an upgrade and made a bad decision and bought a LOCO griddle had problems from the start. NOW i just decided to upgrade to a new BLACKSTONE and im very excited for my purchase.
