Grill now had potential

A little bit of a rough start with lighting up the grill. After we got a new propane tank it’s working just as intended

So far so good

Assembly was easy enough. I’d give the fit and finish a 90 out of 100. One of the nuts that hold the caster on had a clearance issue. Some of the powder coating is runny and I had a few scratches here and there. Nothing world ending but a bit annoying. I did find a use for the giant sticky labels on the shelves. I used them to pick up the tiny bits of styrofoam that clung to the panels and hood.

Easy cleanup and grease control, which is always the biggest detriment to outdoor grills.

Grilling out is a breeze

We recently purchased omnivore griddle with the hood. Never cooked up 4th of July burgers so fast and evenly. A lot of fun to cook too. Made for a stress free and easy clean up.

Great steak!

I thought I preferred flame-cooked steak until I cooked one on my Blackstone! Seared to perfection, not burnt like on the BBQ, medium rare and tender. Perfect!
