Defective and faulty shelf

The right shelf does not have the proper holes for the screws to fit and also missing screws for adjusting shelf. The left side shelf was fine but the right has hex shape opening. No threads in hole for screw.

Upon trying put the blackstone together, the sode that holds the tank has the hole in the wrong support.

We’ve had a Blackstone griddle for several years but just upgraded to the 36” and very excited to put this bad boy to work! Love how sturdy it is, all the cool features, the tank mount, built in hooks on both sides, oil bottle compartment in the front! Everything was very well thought out!
