Defective and faulty shelf

The right shelf does not have the proper holes for the screws to fit and also missing screws for adjusting shelf. The left side shelf was fine but the right has hex shape opening. No threads in hole for screw.

Incorrect Leg Assembly

Upon trying put the blackstone together, the sode that holds the tank has the hole in the wrong support.
