Defective piece right out of the box

I followed the directions in the manual to a tee, however the stabilizing shelf seems to be missing the nut for the medium thumb screw to screw into. The thumb screw goes through the left assembly to secure the LPG stabilizer, but has nothing to grab. Easy to fix if I run to my local hardware store, but I'm just a little disappointed because I've heard great things about this company and this unit.

Really solid construction and great upgrade from 22”. Love the shelves and BAR system. Looking forward to getting the thermometer and probes to help with cooking! Overall, great bang for the buck.

Excited to have received a brand new griddle! Out of the box and careful unpacking, there was one scratch on the top hood behind the handle. I survived the very involved seasoning process. I've successfully grilled meat and veggies twice so far.
