Assembly and 1st cook

Assembly started slow but once I understood the flow of the directions it went together very easily.
1 part did not fit/work- a hook
On the side shelf that would not thread with the butterfly bolt- I should be able to find a replacement in my own -

I've only had the griddle for a couple of weeks, but the purchase and pickup was amazing and so far I'm enjoying cooking on it. Looking forward to learning more and using it more!
