Unlevel Griddle Top

The flat cooktop part is unlevel so it is constantly wobbly and just overall disappointing because cooking on an uneven surface is something nobody would want….

Assembly and 1st cook

Assembly started slow but once I understood the flow of the directions it went together very easily.
1 part did not fit/work- a hook
On the side shelf that would not thread with the butterfly bolt- I should be able to find a replacement in my own -
