Love my Blackstone

I’ve been cooking on a 22 inch for about five years… Just never seems big enough so I bit the bullet and bought a 36 inch for burner. I’m so excited. I can’t wait to use it. It’s great for everything you can think of… French toast, pancake, sausage, bacon, hamburgers, hotdogs, cinnamon rolls, eggs, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, Steaks and more … This model has a place to hang your tools… A roll of paper towels… Extend out a shelf to help aid you and your cooking and then each side has collapsible shelves
I will use this every day, especially when I have the grandkids keeps the heat out of the kitchen the mess out of the kitchen. I think the only thing is you have to prep all your stuff first and then take it outside.

Failed to ignite or stay lit

After assembly and hooking up propane (with damaged paper towel holder and lid handle), went to season the griddle - igniter did not work, but lit by hand. Burners stayed on high for about two minutes before going to low and then getting blown out. Reset coupling to propane tank, tried again, same result. Did everything again, same result. Looks nice, just doesn’t work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Assembly

Assembly was easy to follow, some hardware requires a stubby screw driver as the area is tight. My hood lip that rests on the griddle edge while closed, is bent in multiple spots. This causes the lid to sit unevenly when closed.

Excited, but off to a rough start

This is my first official “Blackstone” I’ve had a couple table top knock offs that I’ve loved. So today we graduated to a 36” model 2322! Assembly was simple but disappointing, the thumbscrew that attaches the lower shelf does not align with the crossbar. Very frustrating.

Not very happy about the condition my griddle arrived in. The box was damaged and the griddle is rusty. I have submitted a ticket 4 times and still haven't heard anything and I ordered it 6/11/24. A little annoyed.

My Griddle came with a broken heat shield and a dented front panel. Not a big deal. The one star comes from me emailing support about it and not receiving any response for two weeks now. So I assume the griddle being broken is how it was supposed to be.
