Can’t wait to use but already broken burner

We put it together and started the seasoning process and the fourth burner makes a lot of noise. We are hoping Blackstone will be able to fix but using currently the three other burners. We really like it so far just wish we had a fully working griddle.

Easy set up but wobbles

I set up my new blackstone. Set up was very easy except top griddle does not sit flush and wobbles
