Beware of opening lid on assembly

Overall nice grill. Had issues with assembly. Components stored inside grill portion shifted during transport, upon opening lid it caused a piece to get wedged and bend the lid, had to repair. Also had two swivel casters the bolt thread needed to be repaired because it was very hard to screw on nut, had to repair. Also it should instruct you to put the tray between the legs on first because legs will fall over while trying to put wheels on

Don't buy if you are planning to use natural gas!

I purchased the Blackstone 36" Griddle with Hood because Blackstone advertises that it can be converted from propane to natural gas by replacing the burner orifices. According to the instructions, this requires removing the screw that secures each burner.
Unfortunately, that is where the entire process falls apart.
The screws holding the burners in place are installed so tightly that they cannot be removed without stripping the screw heads. Once stripped, the only option is to drill them out and replace them. That is not a reasonable or acceptable conversion process for a brand-new product.
If Blackstone is going to market this griddle as "natural gas convertible," then the burner retaining screws should be removable with standard hand tools. Customers should not have to drill out factory-installed screws to perform a conversion that the manufacturer says is supported.
This is a serious design and manufacturing flaw that turns what should be a simple conversion into a frustrating repair project. Until Blackstone addresses this issue by using removable screws or another serviceable mounting method, I cannot recommend this product to anyone planning to use natural gas.
I expected a straightforward conversion. Instead, I ended up with stripped screws, extra work, and unnecessary frustration.
