Just assembled yesterday and going to season the griddle today. But on assembly had one of the knobs that was defective. Will be contacting about the warranty to get it replaced.

Griddle Pins Don’t sit Flush

Pins should be adjustable to level surface.

Our second Blackstone

We started with the smaller, portable griddle and we loved it. Soon realized it was not enough cooking space so we upgraded to this model with the hood. We actually bought it 6 months ago on clearance but just now built it for spring. Building was simple, and it was well packed. There was some minor superficial damage to the heat baffle underneath, seems 3 of the 4 rivets were sheered off. I had some hardware, simple fine threaded screws with washers and nuts fixed it- this would’ve been better done from the factory as some folks may not have hardware for this repair. We are excited to get it seasoned and put through its first use.
