Problem with igniter

When I screw the cap on, the igniter fires constantly and won’t shut off unless I remove cap completely.

Sturdy design, easy to assemble. I am concerned about the swivel wheel it seems like they are looser than I would like to see. Other than that I can’t wait to get started using it
