Heat Shield Missing Rivets

Just bought this new Blackstone 36” with hood. It’s missing 3 rivets in the heat shield 🤦🏾♂️ But can’t wait to start cooking on it once I inevitably void the warranty due to adding screws that weren’t apart of the original design. Go Me! Thanks Blackstone 😤

Put together my blackstone today and after I had completed it I noticed the lid on the inside front was bent out, doesn’t sit evenly on the top at all. Going to contact blackstone to replace…..

Flames outside griddle close to knobs

I started the burn in process and there were larger flames on the right side burner. Looked under the frame and seen flames outside the griddle and close to the knobs. Turned the griddle off
