Assembly was a breeze

Assembly was a breeze. I did it myself in 30 minutes. However, the hardware is deep in the griddle so take everything out before you begin assembly. I got the free 30 piece gift which was nice, but the tongs broke seasoning the griddle before using as a tong. Otherwise happy with the purchase. Recommend buying a dome, gloves and weighted press.
