Love this griddle. But one thing to note is that the screws easily stripped and couldn’t thread some of the wing nuts all the way

Love these griddles. The little extras that they think of are fantastic. Paper towel holder, extra shelf space, extra tool holders. All these extras make blackstone a superior product.
