We bought the members mark griddle a few years. We never really loved it. Decided to get the BlackStone and see if it made a difference,
boy does it! Cooks the food way more evenly than the off brand griddle. Highly recommend this griddle.

Bent back panel

The back panel on the grill is bent, the parts card had tape holding in the bolts and washers making me feel the grill had been returned

Assembly 1.3C heat shield fasteners failed.

All and All pretty simple assembly (heavy like they say) Heat Shield assembly just fell off... not sure about other folks but I modified using some small bolts and nuts no big deal. Looking forward to using it will review that layer assembly a 4
