30 minute assembly?

Yeah no…the tray below the griddle that holds the legs apart has one hole that didn’t align when trying to install. The bends aren’t quite right as the bottom of that tray isn’t flush like the other side. The inaccurate bends caused the inability to start the long thumbscrew fastener. With the tube that is installed in the rectangular tube, I couldn’t just drill the inner hole bigger to make it work. Had to bend & twist and barely got it started. It is not tightening all the way and it literally pushing the bolt out of the back of the thumbscrew. I’d really like you to send me a new bottom tray and long thumbscrew so it fits like it should.

First Time Owner of a Blackstone

I’m excited about putting this together and using it I’ve heard a lot about this a bunch of us at work got one of these for Christmas presents from our company we work for and a lot of guys said they love it and they use it all the time so I’m excited!

Heat shield broke on assembly

Damaged out of the box on the LAST STEP

The griddle seems warped as it rocks and doesn’t sit firm. Add to that the top is bent along the edge and that’s the absolute last step after an hour of setting it up.

Great Grill

I’ve been wanting one for awhile now. And Hubby went and got me one. I didn’t think I’d need a 36” but he says I did and that I’ll be happy with the bigger one. I can’t wait to start using it. I don’t have a photo yet as it’s almost put together.
