My wife and I have been considering buying a Blackstone for the past 3 or 4 years. She got me one for my birthday and so far I am absolutely in LOVE with it. Zero complaints here!!! If you're considering it, stop considering and just buy it!!!

Cooking Made Easy

The griddle is an easier cleanup and all around cooking surface. You need to practice on the cleanup so you can keep the griddle surface smooth and non-stick but once you get a solid routine down, it is a breeze.
