Out of box experience not great

One shelf was missing a captive nut making it impossible to install. The two right burners are very “jumpy”. The two left have a consistent quiet flame. The two on the right go on and off frequently making a popping sound, and when running they are noisy.

4th Fire rail isn’t working

36” Blackstone Omnivore with side slide we just purchased on 7/21/24 and the last fire rail isn’t working. For the amount of $$$ spent and the 4th burner isn’t igniting is very disappointing!

I love using the black stone to cook. It’s very easy to use and food tastes great. Only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because it did come with a crack on the grill surface
