So far so good. Cooked about 20 meals so far. I am experienced in taking care of cast iron so the upkeep is easy for me. All these rookies that post reviews on rust and food sticking just need to learn some life lessons in cooking and taking care of there stuff. Easy to season. Cooks very well. Every accessory you could imagine is available. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the cooking surface is not even. It kinda has ripples in it. You don’t notice until you go to scrape the surface with a wide blade scraper. Not sure if it is just mine or if they are all like that. But it does not affect the performance of the product.
