Always wanted a Blackstone griddle. With the money we got from our wedding, we finally got one. So far, everything works great and I cannot wait to use it! It is currently being seasoned as I write this review. 10/10!

New omnivore model is legit. Less propane, hotter surface, less dishes than cooking in the kitchen. Personally though my favorite part of the griddle is the grease trap on the back, no loss of cooking surface
