All of my friends have owned Blackstone griddles for several years and have told me all the wonderful things about them. I finally took the plunge and bought a 4 burner Omnivore griddle. It was easy to assemble and I used bacon grease to season the griddle, which took about 1.5 hours.
I’ve cooked a majority of our meals on this amazing griddle since I’ve had it for the past several weeks, from burgers to fajitas and breakfast. I really love this griddle. I bought the custom fit Blackstone griddle cover and a few other accessories.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the stainless steel plate, that’s pop riveted under the burner section, fell off due to poor pop riveting at the factory. I was able to pop rivet it back in securely, but was disappointed that it fell off, especially at the price I paid.
Other than that, it’s be great!!

So excited to have our grill put together and ready….we have it seasoned but have not used it yet but plan to tomorrow night. The directions looked overwhelming but it really was easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hours.
