Awesome grill

We just had a graduation party and were able to heat up all the tortillas at once! Great for breakfast to cook eggs, bacon, and pancakes all at the same time!

The box was undamaged when it arrived. I opened it and found multiple dents on the bottom side as well as the heat shield was not in place. The side of the grill cover was also dented and scratched. For this coming directly from the company, it was not good quality.

Multiple multiple fitment issues during assembly, left sliding shelf assembly didn’t fall into frame brackets, loosened brackets and screws for shelf, re tightened once it all fit, and its still bound and unable to go through the intended motion. Griddle top wobbles on the 4 points of contact, Regulator has hummed since moment I connected to propane source and did initial break/seasoning of cook top. Did suggested troubleshooting from FAQ, To no avail still humming. Constant surge or snapping/crackling of 3rd burner during initial seasoning. Did blackstone video of adjusting air gate. Went from every 15 seconds sounding like it was going to blow to now once every 2 minutes. The screws on each side of hood to attach to unit seemed kind of bent, no issue opening and closing hood even after tightening(it was very loose) The unit consists of mostly thing gauge flimsy sheet metal. Haven’t cooked a thing yet, Very disappointing so far

Small issues, but nice

The frame was bent slightly at the top but did not affect the stability. I had to go buy a couple screws and nuts to secure the metal plate under the burners. Other than that, it was solid.
