To say I love this griddle is an understatement. It cooks so well, was easy to assemble, and it’s just so big. I bet I could feed 30 people easily with this thing. 5 stars is not enough.

Building the unit was straight forward, though there was some minor cosmetic damage from the shipping company. Will have a better opinion once we've used it more, as we've had it 3 days at the time of this review.

Blackstone great but minor issue

I'm loving my new Blackstone only issues is we had to take the top half off to load it into the truck and the bolts would not fit back into place, aside from that looming forward to all the new recipes to come.
