Great product for outside cooking

I am loving my Blackstone for outside cooking and quick dinners. It's reignited my love of cooking and you can cook darn near anything on it. If you read and follow the seasoning instructions, it's easy to care for (like cast iron). Lost a star because the side shelves could be sturdier and they get way too hot while cooking. Overall, very happy so far though.

Issues with assembly thru academy sports

Have had a few issues with the shelves from assembly at academy sports - would love to see if we can get parts to repair the final issue - the expandable shelf won’t open all the way and lock - see pic below - can we purchase a new shelf or the parts to get the shelf to work properly - have already spent a lot of time trying to get the shelves on our griddle to work correctly

I’m excited to start using this! Easy to put together, but unfortunately, part of the grill was broken before I had a chance to use it. I’m hoping it can be fixed.
