Great product for outside cooking

I am loving my Blackstone for outside cooking and quick dinners. It's reignited my love of cooking and you can cook darn near anything on it. If you read and follow the seasoning instructions, it's easy to care for (like cast iron). Lost a star because the side shelves could be sturdier and they get way too hot while cooking. Overall, very happy so far though.
