The Blackstone 36-in griddle far exceeded my expectations for a thorough cooking classic design durability and The quality and construction of the grill itself.

Assembly Manual
on April 22, 2026
Posted by: Michael Y
No assembly manual was included in the box. Not too big of an issue as I was able to locate one online and likely could have figured out how to assemble. Just expect better for the money spent. It’s fully assembled now, just need to add some seasoning to omnivore griddle and give it a try!
