Just put my grill together I got for Christmas as it’s pretty much done raining now. Excited and everything was going well until I pulled the hood out. The front left corner is crushed in almost folding the L shape angle that runs along the backside. It’s obvious that it was dropped on that. In addition to that, the handle for the hood has the mounting threads stripes out on one side so the screws never tighten up. Making the handle unusable. Pretty sad for for we spent on a Christmas present and now fully assembled and 3 months later I don’t know what my recourse is going to be. Be aware!

Got it for Christmas, done finally
Melted and what we had prepared to have take hours, took very little time! Instructions were simple and easily understood. Packaging was well labeled!
