Not sitting right on the frame

Griddle doesn’t sit from the frame. It’s about half inch off the frame.

Our carbon steel griddle plates naturally expand and contract during heating cycles due to thermal expansion. This process can sometimes cause minor warping as the griddle plate adjusts to the heat. Warping may occur during manufacturing or within your first few cooks.
A griddle plate may also appear warped if it’s placed on an uneven surface. Check that your griddle is level and try moving it to a different location.

When the grill is upside down and the legs are extended, they don't stay up while you are trying to install the shelf. Had them smash down while installing the shelf.

Love it but instruction manual was incorrect

Love the Blackstone! We’ve only used it a few times but it’s been fantastic. It was a little challenging to put together because the wrong instruction manual was provided but we figured it out.
