Love it! It was not hard to season the griddle. My 17 year old granddaughter was the first to cook on it and she loved it!

Good quality - improvements needed

We just received the 36in hooded griddle. Overall quality is good. As a few others have noted, ours too came damaged - the front left corner of the hood. After some banging with a rubber mallet and straightening the interior seam with adjustable wrench, it's barely perceptible now - but disappointing to have to do body work on a brand new grill. Fedex absolutely destroyed the box. So, more packaging protection blackstone folks.
Second gripe as others have noted: stickers. I understand these are ads for store models and not for me ( I already bought the grill!) But alas I'm paying the price nonetheless. Attached is a pic of the hood sticker. Ambient temperature is 45c. It will not peel of cleanly and boy is it a pain to get off. So instead of getting right to seasoning, I'm getting right to tedious sticker scraping. Good stuff.
Lastly, instructions were decent. The paper towel screw requires a stubby screwdriver which tells me the designer didn't think through customer assembly - looked fine in CAD though!
All said, looks like a nice unit. Please fix above issues for the next customers.
