Perfect for our family night meals. We love grilling out and trying new recipes on our Blackstone. Breakfast is epic on the Blackstone. Grill cooks evenly and is easy to use. No complaints

Warped

The griddle was tricky to put together. The holes didn't line up correctly and the top griddle was warped before we ever lit it, so much so that it teetered. Warped more when she heated it to season.
