Cook anything!

I love my Blackstone! The best part is being able to cook anything and everything on the same surface at the same time. From pancakes and eggs for breakfast to burgers and veggies for dinner, it's a true game-changer. It has completely transformed how I cook outdoors.

Starter doesn’t work

My wife and I recently received our first blackstone grill as a wedding gift and were very excited to use it. However, following installation, I found that the starter doesn’t work. Now in order to use it I have to manually remove the flattops from the grill, light the burners with a lighter, and reinstall the flattop over open flames.

Although we have yet to try out our Blackstone. Due to a fire ban in Ontario right now. I have to say, that was the easiest set up for a bbq I have ever put together. No problems or issues during building at all! I’m excited to try out my Blackstone and learn all the different recipes I can make !

Ignitor not working

Got my griddle set up added new AA battery for the igniter, hooked propane, prepped to season the griddle and could’t get it fired up.
Tried a new AA battery and still no spark, removed the griddle top and burners would light up with a lighter.. was abled to season and make my first cook with it but disappointed in the igniter not working as i have to remove the cast iron griddle to ignite the burners

Went to season my griddle for the first time, and couldn’t get the burners started..replaced the AA battery and still no spark..was able to fire it up by removing the top and igniting the burners manually
