The hooks on the hard cover that’s supposed to hang off the bay doesn’t exactly fit flush considering the grease trap is also on the back.

Just out of the box

I haven’t been able to use my 28” griddle yet. Out of the box the instructions are easy to follow. The assembly of the grill is straightforward and requires only a screwdriver. There aren’t a million little bolt and screws just a small blister pack of hardware. I was most impressed by the cook top itself it accounts for about a third the weight of the box. I can’t wait to cook on it.

I bought my 36” griddle 2 months ago and it has been one of my best grilling decisions ever. Product cooks well, heat the s very constant and the grease drain works well.
Breakfast cooking is a snap and quick!
I would definitely buy again!

right burner valve stuck after 1st use

the right most burner valve for the griddle got stuck upon use. Support call wait was 45 minutes, refused to wait on phone for that. Support site is useless, there is no way to register a new id to submit a ticket. Neither blackstone site nor any others lists the replacement burner valve (#2410) for sale.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was super easy to assemble and while we haven’t used it yet, we know it’ll be a great grill for our family. Only thing is that one of the control knobs came defective.
