Black Stone Griddles are bang 4 your buck

Great griddles. I have one that is 10 years old. My son got me this 36” griddle for my birthday. Only thing is it is missing 3 M6*12 screws.

Shoulda gotten one with a lid

Blackstone 36 - A Little Disappointed

First off I have to say the Blackstone as a unit. It’s very well-made, is easy to put together and is fun to cook on. However, it isn’t without drawbacks. I’ve had to disassemble the burner ports for all four burners, drawbacks. I’ve had to disassemble the burner unit for all four ports, because it sounds like a jet airplane on the high setting. Also, there’s a spot on the iron that is raised and while it doesn’t affect cooking, my spatula gets caught there and anything else I’m using to clean the grill gets stuck on that spot (shreds paper towel and shop towel). Not sure if it’s a blemish on the finish, or a defect in the iron, and while it’s not a huge deal, it has dented a few spatulas.

Wish it would have came with a hard cover like the original one I bought 3 years ago, but I moved and couldn't take that one. However product is always a great product
