We love it so far! Everything we were imagining. We did have to add a washer so the top would lay flat, but that seems like a pretty consistent experience. Definitely worth manufactures looking into.

Perfect Griddle for Backyard Cooking!

I recently got the 36-inch Blackstone Model 2210 and I couldn’t be happier. The cooking surface is huge, heats evenly, and is perfect for everything from pancakes to burgers.
