Rusts no matter what

I had my blackstone a few months it was always kept covered and cleaned. It started rusting and wouldn't stop..before 4 months of use it was total garbage and unusable. I contacted blackstone they referred me to a YouTube cleaning video..no help..no replacement even though it was registered under warranty. Garbage product and garbage company. I uploaded a pic you'll see the cover I took off next to.it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first Blackstone griddle

Well I can’t give you folks an accurate description yet because I haven’t had the chance to put it to use. But I’ve heard but good things from friends and family that own Blackstone products and I just can’t wait.

Giant sticker stuck on griddle top

Don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put a big sticker on the griddle top, tried to peel it off and there are bits and pieces stuck everywhere and residue soaked all into the griddle top. No thought process was used when making this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the review. We are very sorry your griddle top arrived in that condition. Thankfully it is not adhevise that is making that paper stuck to the top. This usually happens when the paper is added to the top too quickly after the warm soy oil is added to the top to protect it from rust during transit.
Some warm soapy water should get that paper off and the left over stickiness will just cook into the top when you season it.
