We have had this for 4 days now and I have cooked every meal on it! Cooked 2 pounds of bacon for a family get together and it took like 15 minutes, this thing is amazing!

Fat Tuesday Surprise!

Our Parish decided a week ago to hold a Fat Tuesday - Pancake Dinner before Ash Wednesday. Only probably was we only had a skillet and 4 burner stove to cook for nearly 100 people.
I bought the griddle on sale and had it assembled and cooked over 250 pancakes the next day. It was fantastic and easy to keep that kind of production.
I can’t wait for cinco d mayo!
