I absolutely love my Blackstone 36-inch griddle! The four independent cooking zones provide excellent temperature control, allowing me to cook multiple dishes simultaneously. The large flat-top surface is perfect for everything from breakfast feasts to smash burgers and stir-fries. The heavy-gauge rolled steel cooktop heats evenly and maintains consistent temperatures, making it ideal for both high-heat searing and gentle cooking.
