Griddle top is uneven and not level

I’ve had this griddle for about a year! I have replaced my gas grill with it and absolutely love it! Lots of recipes on YouTube by blackstone too!

Two Years Later… My Blackstone Is Still a Backyard

Two years later and my Blackstone is still an absolute beast. This griddle changed the whole backyard cooking game for me. Fast heat, even cooking, massive surface space, and the kind of flavor that makes every meal hit different. Breakfast, lunch, dinner—it handles everything like a champ. Pancakes and bacon in the morning, smash burgers at lunch, fajitas or chicken at dinner. No limits.
What I love most is how easy it makes cooking for a crowd. No waiting, no juggling burners, no tiny cooking space. You can throw down a full feast all at once. The heat control is money too—hot zones, low zones, perfect sear zones. Once you learn it, you feel like a backyard chef every time you fire it up.
And the cleanup? Way easier than a regular grill. Scrape, wipe, oil, done. Keep it seasoned and it only gets better with time. Mine is two years old and still going strong, still turning out bangers every cook.
Only thing I wish is that it came with a top cover included, because a griddle this good deserves full protection from day one.
