Defective part on New Blackstone

I received a new Blackstone for my birthday. I was disappointed because when I tried to use it the burner was bad. The propane was not flowing properly and it kept making a loud popping sound. I felt unsafe using it, so now it's sitting in my garage until I get it fixed.

Assembly issue

I’m excited to use my new grill. During assembly while the grill was upside down, the legs fell down and sheered one of the igniter chords. Terribly frustrating, the legs should have the ability to stay locked open or change instructions to lay the grill on the back side to avoid the legs falling down.

Griddle too warped

Easy to put together but the griddle top doesn’t sit flush there is a gap on front right side.

I just received my blackstone for Christmas and I have used it for every meal since I’ve gotten it! It was super simple to put together and get seasoned for the first cook. I highly recommend buying one for yourself if you want an easy cooking experience!

Amazing!

Gave this to my wife as a christmas present thinking she was going to love cooking on it but I was wrong. She hasn’t cooked anything.
It’s been just me cooking AND I dont like cooking. I didn’t like to cook. With this, everything come out amazing. Love it.

Great griddle, but no lid?

I'm start by saying I won this griddle, so I didn't choose the model. There's so much cook surface and a great catch for the drippings. Only complaint is that I can't seem to find an official Blackstone lid for it. This model doesn't come with a hard cover and I'd prefer one.
